TERMS

By purchasing a service, (“CLIENT”) acknowledges & agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Jacquelyn Trimlett LLC dba JETSET JAX is a travel advisory service provided by founder Jacquelyn Trimlett.
  2. JETSET JAX services are customized based on the intake questionnaire submitted by (“CLIENT”).
  3. Every delivered service is entirely customized and tailored to the specific client.
  4. If (“CLIENT”) needs a service delivered in less than the noted typical turn around time, (“CLIENT”) will choose the “Rush” option on the intake questionnaire.
  5. Not all Rush orders can be accommodated and will be rejected prior to contract being signed or payment being remitted by the client.
  6. There are no refunds issued once the contract has been signed and service has been delivered. Jacquelyn is available for followup questions but any amendments or additional requests requiring more than thirty minutes of research and time will incur an additional fee at a rate of $150/hour.
  7. All services are up to date and as accurate as possible at the time they are delivered.
  8. Every service is prepared for each client individually. In purchasing a service, every client agrees to not reproduce, copy, distribute, re-promote the content as one’s own intel or share the work product with anyone outside the intended recipient. Should it be found this has occurred, legal action will be taken against the client.
  9. Unexpected closures do happen and may be encountered. Given the nature of travel, unforeseen circumstances can occur. JETSET JAX can assume no legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip, but Jacquelyn is available to help you navigate any questions or concerns that may arise so that you can have peace of mind as you enjoy your trip. JETSET JAX strongly recommends all clients purchase travel insurance or check if your credit card agreement offers it.
